What is Clear Inquiry™?
Lenders today have adapted to changing dynamics within the industry and have developed sophisticated models and scoreboards. Typically comprised of a pre-determined set of data points, lenders use these thresholds in the hopes of "knocking out" what they consider to be a high risk consumer. It's quite common for lenders to pull information from multiple sources in order to obtain a comprehensive report with which to apply their "knockout" flags for loan pre-validation.
