Consumer Support

If You Have Been Denied for a Loan...

Clarity Services, Inc., is a Consumer Reporting Agency that provides information to lenders.  We do not provide loans.  If your loan request has been denied from one of our participating lenders, their decision may have been based on the information provided to them by Clarity Services.

Please understand that Clarity Services, Inc., did not deny your loan request, and cannot inform you of any specific reason(s) why your loan request was denied; we can only provide you with the same information supplied to the lender at the time of your loan request/application.

You, as a consumer, are entitled to receive a free copy of that same information which was provided at the time of your loan request.*  To request a copy of your Consumer Report, please select the Click Here to Request Your Consumer Report button above.

If You are a Member of the U.S. Military...

All service-members of the United States Military that are in active duty status are eligible to place an Active Duty Alert on their SSNs.  Should the service-member’s SSN come through the Clarity System, Clarity is notified and additional identity verification steps must be fulfilled.  The Active Duty Alert remains on file with the service-member’s SSN as long as they are considered active.

Please know that this service is eligible to only those that are active duty and have had a SSN pass through the Clarity System.  For more information on the Active Duty Alert or to see if you are eligible, please contact Clarity’s Consumer Support Department at (866) 390-3118.

* Obtaining information under false pretenses is illegal. Obtaining a consumer report on someone other than you is punishable by law.
