If your credit application has been denied by a subscriber of our services, their decision may have been based on the information provided to them by Clarity Services, Inc. Clarity does not make approval or denial decisions for any type of credit. If Clarity Services appears on your credit report, it is because we received a credit inquiry for you and provided a Clarity credit report.

Clarity Services Consumer Support Department will assist any consumer with their request once we have established verification of their identity. It is our mission to communicate understanding for the consumer’s situation, to educate the consumer, to take action on their consumer file, and support them in their time of need. We are here to help you with all of your consumer service needs.
